All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $25. Orders under that threshold ship for a flat rate of $4.95.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update after you receive the notification.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on order value. Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.

Food Product Handling

Our products are packaged to maintain freshness and quality during transit. All items are sealed in food-safe packaging and shipped in protective mailers or boxes. During warmer months, orders may be shipped early in the week to avoid sitting in transit over weekends.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@justaddluv.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, when applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

We can ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available for these addresses.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order enters fulfillment, we can't guarantee changes.
