Chicken Tortilla Soup

Directions

Stove Top Directions

1. Add 8 cups water, chicken breasts, and 1 flavor bomb to a large pot.

2. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low.

3. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes, until chicken is tender and easily shreds.

4. Remove chicken, shred, and return to pot.

5. Stir and simmer an additional 5 minutes.

6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.

Slow Cooker Instructions

1. Add 8 cups water, chicken breasts, and 1 flavor bomb to slow cooker.

2. Cook on LOW for 5–8 hours or HIGH for 3–5 hours, until chicken is tender.

3. Remove chicken, shred, and return to slow cooker.

4. Stir and let cook 10 more minutes before serving.

5. Serve hot with your favorite toppings

Pressure Cooker Instructions

1. Add 8 cups water, chicken breasts, and 1 flavor bomb to Instant Pot.

2. Secure lid and set valve to Sealing.

3. Pressure Cook on High for 15 minutes.

4. Allow Natural Release for 10 minutes, then carefully quick-release remaining pressure.

5. Remove chicken, shred, and return to pot.

6. Stir and let sit 5 minutes before serving.

7. Serve hot with your favorite toppings
